OUR MISSION

Southern District YMCA provides opportunities for youth development, healthy living and social responsibility in our southern New Hampshire community. We achieve this by putting our principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all - regardless of age, gender, sexuality, race, ability, religion or income.
